Therapy is vulnerable. You deserve to be seen through more than an intellectual lens. I offer a space to creatively explore with visual arts, movement, writing, and sound to express from those parts of you that have been begging to be heard, seen, felt, and joined. Invitations for exploration are all based on who you are, what draws your curiosity, and where you find yourself in the moment.

Expressive embodiment therapy

These less traditional therapy sessions give space to process what is important to you in service of healing, deepening, integrating, and shifting in the directions you choose. Here are some areas that my work can support:

Fees

Private pay rates below. I can also work with those with OHP CareOregon mental health insurance.

Individual
60-minutes: $130

Relationship (2+ people)

60-minute: $150

I strive to maintain a private pay fee structure commensurate with my experience, education, training, time, and energy in service of my personal and professional wellbeing and integrity. I am committed to working with OHP CareOregon clients to balance this pay rate with being able to offer free therapy to those with fewer resources. All fees are subject to 6-month review.
